Orders within Australia pay a charge of $11.50.

1. Delivery Times

Orders placed between Monday and Friday (AEDST) before 3pm have same day despatch available. Customers in metropolitan areas can expect delivery within 3-5 business days; delivery to rural and regional areas may exceed metro delivery timeframes. Some of our products may be shipped from different facilities, for this reason split orders may exceed previously stated delivery timeframes. Any pre-ordered products will not qualify for same day delivery.

2. Following Your Purchase

You will receive an email confirming your order and shipping information once payment has been confirmed. Any orders which cannot be filled due to stock availability or for any other reason will automatically be refunded without delay. 

3. Sale Seasons and Public Holidays

Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for orders placed during peak periods, sales or orders placed on public holidays. 

4. Authority to leave

Please indicate if you are happy to grant our courier partners authority to leave your package in a safe place if you are not home to take delivery. Super Supplements accepts no responsibility for any lost or stolen packages while in the custody of our courier partners.

 6. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation may not indicate acceptance of your order. Super Supplements reserves the right to reject an order at any time. In the event of an order rejection, we will notify you and ensure refunds are processed accordingly.

7. Refund Policy

Super Supplements do not accept requests for refunds based on a person changing their mind. Refunds will only be processed in the event the wrong item is shipped or if the product is defective. In the event the wrong item is received, please ensure the package remains sealed, we will provide you a satchel to return the product to us and will happily refund or exchange. In the event a product is opened and found to be defective, please get in touch with us here (INSERT EMAIL). Once we have assessed your claim we will determine a suitable means of restitution. All requests for refunds or exchange should be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Some ingredients used in the production of our supplements are prone to ‘clumping’ or ‘caking’. Whilst Super Supplements does our best to ensure sufficient moisture absorption is provided, we cannot guarantee this will not occur. If this does occur, this does not qualify the customer for a refund, this is a natural occurrence
