Please be careful; if you just change your mind or make a mistake, we do not provide returns.

We will provide you an exchange or refund should you get an inaccurate product, defective item, or wrongly stated good. Products delivered incorrectly have to stay unopened if they are to be exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges or returns must be raised three weeks from the date of purchase, accompanied by appropriate evidence of purchase ( kindly save your e-invoice as such).

Please get in touch with our customer support staff if you would want to swap any unopened goods bought from Supplement Mart. Please be advised: consumers are liable for any return goods expenses; if required, you might be asked to pay extra shipping costs.

Returns or refunds on clearance or special products are not accepted; purchase of these things is final.

Some powdered goods, including (but are not limited to) pre-workout, fat burners, single amino acids, pump/nitric oxide boosters, citrulline, agmatine, arginine and carnitine, are naturally deliquescent products, or include substances which are inherently deliquescent. Though they include moisture absorption sachets, these products may nevertheless clump or harden with time; this is a normal and natural occurrence.
